Chosen Solution I accidentally dropped milk on my Macbook. Few amount of milk has seeped into the left side space between display screen and keyboard. I dried it and left it for few days. Chosen Solution My screen display is covered in multicolored vertical lines, haptic feedback is felt when screen is touched. I have tried going into recovery menu but the display continues to show only multicolored vertical lines over the entrie screen. I have reseated the ribbon cable to the motherboard. What are your recommendation for repair? A new screen? Chosen Solution it seems like the fan never shuts off, should my cooling fan be on all of the time? how can I tell if it is working? not all the time unless your computer is under very heavy load, and you can usually hear it whirring or, unless the vents are clogged with dust, feel the air it pushes out computer

Chosen Solution hope someone can help me, my htc one m8 started loosing its connection to the sim card. so i did all the usual tricks, taped back of sim card, hard reset. same problems. so i replaced the sim card tray all together. and i have the same problem. when i eject the card the phone tells me that ir cant detect sim card so something is working. it just doesnt know the sim card is in there, connections on sim tray are perfect and i have tried my sim cards on other phones and that works....

Chosen Solution I performed the battery replacement procedure. When booting up afterwards, the fans both run at full speed, the computer seems sluggish, and the trackpad and keyboard are unresponsive. Power button works fine though. A window pops up stating there is no keyboard connected. I’ve been able to connect my Magic Mouse, but no luck with a Bluetooth keyboard, so I’m unable to access the OS, or perform the often suggested SMC reset....

Everything went great except for the right joy-con: I must have screwed up the joystick because now it’s permanently sending “joystick right” anytime it’s connected to my unit. The joystick itself looks just fine, it doesn’t look bent. The only thing I can think of is maybe I screwed up the ribbon cable when I plugged it back into the joy-con circuit board....

I have an iPhone 6 with digitizer issues, so when I got the new replacement screen, I moved all the small parts from the old lcd to the new one,(i tested the new lcd before moving the parts)but here is what happended,the phone was working with all the screws in their place I just haven’t locked completely the new lcd into the phone,so when I pressed the power button in order to shut down the phone and lock the new lcd, while the phone was in shut down process, I tried slowly to lock the upper part of the replacement screen and suddenly a few lines came up and the phone shut down....

Chosen Solution Why the screen doesn’t show the apps, it just gets brightly lit. It rings and I can answer it but nothing in screen. This probably means that the screen or the screen connectors have been water damaged. Luckily for you, it sounds like most of the phone is undamaged. Clean the connectors on the board and on the LCD with a toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol. If this doesn’t work and the board’s connectors appear undamaged, buy a new lcd....
